Playy is a new generation, user friendly Employee Experience platform which is well-researched and designed. In my corporate roles as Head - HR, the framework of employee experience platforms has mostly been transactional with the insights quite limited. What I find interesting in Playy is the unique three-dimensional 360 - degree framework - Rewards, Stories and Conversations (RSC in short).
This framework has the depth to touch the emotional quotient of the Employee, Manager and Leader to actively engage and elevate to a high performing team in the future. The analytics engine will also aid in generating meaningful data and add value through more customized content.
